Embark on a timeless journey through the beautiful landscapes of the Haute Pays!
Departing from Puget-Théniers, land of the olive tree, via the ancient border town of Entrevaux, to reach Annot, a pretty medieval village amidst the famous "Grès
d'Annot".
Along the way, viaducts and tunnels follow one another in an unforgettable journey aboard our
historic trains:
- Antique passenger cars dating from 1892 for the oldest, pulled by our
steam locomotives from 1909 and 1923 or, exceptionally, our 1966 diesel locomotive.
- The famous "Micheline" Renault railcar from 1936!
Relive the journeys of yesteryear...
Take advantage of the lunch break to sample local specialities, stroll through the cool, narrow streets amidst old stones, wash-houses and fountains before the train
afternoon train.
On certain days, a connection is offered at the small Pont de Gueydan station for an excursion
a guided tour of the Gorges de Daluis, the "Colorado Niçois" and the beautiful village of Guillaumes.
Theme trains are also on the program: Dance, Olives, Music, Heritage Days, Halloween and the Chestnut Train, which will take you all the way to Le Fugeret!
