- The Pass Côte d’Azur France includes leisure and cultural services.
- The Pass Côte d’Azur France is valid from 15 February to 31 December 2026.
- The period of validity (30 days) is automatically counted down (to the nearest hour) when you first visit one of the sites listed in the Pass Côte d’Azur France.
- Access to Côte d’Azur France Pass visits and activities is only possible for a period of validity of one month.
- The Pass Côte d’Azur France entitles you to only one visit per activity.
- All practical information and conditions of access relating to each site and activity included in the Pass Côte d’Azur France are available on the www.pass-cotedazurfrance.fr website .
- Pass holders are advised to check the conditions of access and opening of the sitesbeforehand, as some activities are seasonal, weather dependent, limited in number, or require prior booking, etc.
- The Côte d’Azur France Pass cannot be exchanged or reimbursed in the event of theft, loss, total or partial non-use, deterioration or due to the closure or exceptional unavailability of a partner site.
- Côte d’Azur France Tourisme is the operator of the Côte d’Azur France Pass, and may under no circumstances be held responsible for :
- damage or costs arising from the use of the card, and in particular fraudulent use,
- the cancellation (for reasons of security or unfavourable weather, or for other reasons) or inadequate performance of a service mentioned in the Pass Côte d’Azur France communication media by one of the partner sites (responsibility in this case lies with the service provider concerned in the context of the management of its activity).
- Thepackage is based on a pack of activities.
- 1 single package offered: Pack 3 activities – adults and children.
Pass holders choose the 3 activities they want from a defined list. This choice is not imposed at the time of purchase. Pass holders can decide at any time to take up the activities that interest them.
Once the 3 activities have been used up, the Pass is no longer valid. - Prices for the period from 15 February to 31 December 2026 are as follows:
- Pack 3 activities = Adult €39
- Pack 3 activities = Child (4-12 years) €25
- The reduced rate applies to children aged between 4 and 12.
- Whether via the Côte d’Azur France Tourisme online shop(www.pass-cotedazurfrance.fr) or the network of approved resellers, the Pass Côte d’Azur France takes the form of an electronic ticket (e-ticket with barcode) with the option of printing.
- In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of “accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time”. Consequently, the customer has no right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
- The purchase of the Pass Côte d’Azur France implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale described above.
